How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate our programs, communicate batch and enrollment updates, and improve our learning experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who may be interested in our programs. When you visit our website, the Meta Pixel may use cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, registering for a webinar or masterclass), your IP address, and browser details, and share it with Meta.

We do not send your name, email address, or phone number from our forms to Meta through the Meta Pixel. Meta processes this information under its own Privacy Policy.

You can control the ads you see from Meta in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Enrollment Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all applications and enrollments for SWQ IT Academy programs. By submitting a program application, you agree to the terms below.

Enrollment & Confirmation

• Submitting the application form is a request to enroll, not a confirmed seat.
• Your seat is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified by our team.
• For course fees, payment methods, and instructions, please contact us directly at +91-8123999170 (call or WhatsApp) or itacademy@swqgroup.com. Course fees are not published or processed on the website.

Payment & Refunds

• Course payments are non refundable once made, including in cases of withdrawal, missed sessions, or personal circumstances, except where required by law.
• Fees must be paid in full, or as per any installment plan agreed with our team, before the batch start date unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
• Fees, batch dates, and program structure may change for future batches and are confirmed only through official communication from SWQ IT Academy.

Attendance & Participation

• Attendance in live sessions is mandatory. Students who miss a session are responsible for catching up using the session recording.
• Consistent non attendance or non participation may affect eligibility for the program certificate.
• SWQ IT Academy reserves the right to remove a student from a batch for misconduct, repeated non attendance, or violation of these terms, without refund.

Communication Policy

• All official course information, schedules, updates, and support are shared only through our official phone number (+91-8123999170), WhatsApp, or email (itacademy@swqgroup.com), not through unofficial sources or social media messages.
• Students should not contact instructors directly for administrative matters such as fees, scheduling, or enrollment status. All such queries should be directed to SWQ IT Academy support.
• SWQ IT Academy will never ask for payment through personal accounts or unofficial payment links. Always verify payment instructions through our official number before paying.

Program Content & Delivery

• Session recordings and materials shared during the program are for the personal use of the enrolled student only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
• SWQ IT Academy may update the curriculum, instructor, schedule, or delivery format as needed to maintain program quality, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Certificates are issued only to students who meet the program's completion requirements (attendance and/or capstone project, as applicable) and are not guaranteed to all enrolled students.

Internship Program

• For programs that include an internship, SWQ IT Academy will connect students who complete their training with an internship opportunity delivered by ENGITRIX, working on real, international projects.
• The internship is provided as part of completing the program. Its exact scope, timeline, and project assignment are confirmed directly by ENGITRIX once training is complete.
• Students who complete both their training and internship receive a Training Certificate and a separate Internship Certificate.

No Placement Guarantee

SWQ IT Academy provides training, hands on practice, an internship on real projects, and career preparation support. Completing the program and internship does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes of any kind, from ENGITRIX or any other organization.

Limitation of Liability

SWQ IT Academy is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical outages or instructor unavailability, and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your application applies to you.
